## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Prestatyn Retail Park. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless customer service

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 06:00 - 10:00

- Monday: 05:30 - 09:30

- Friday: 17:30 - 21:30

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- You must be 18 years or older to apply, as this role involves working early mornings

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
