**Job Details:**

- Location: East Lansing-3100 West Road

- Employment type: Full-time

- Work Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5 pm Eastern Time Zone

- You will work 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

**Position Summary:** Reviews and adjudicates routine Flexible Spending claims in accordance with claim processing guidelines and IRS guidelines. Direct interaction with our members to assist with inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Process flexible spending claims via electronic image

- Determine if submissions are eligible for reimbursement per IRS guidelines

- Interact with members and providers by phone and email for all inquiries in a professional manner

- Take immediate action when confronted with a problem or made aware of a situation

- Maintain quality and productivity standards

- Assist our Customer Service team

**Required Qualifications:**

- 1+ year of data entry or claims processing experience

- 1+ year of Microsoft Office Suite Experience

- Experience working multiple screens and applications

- Effective organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 1+ year of Flexible Spending experience

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:** 40

**Pay Range:** $17.00 - $31.30
