## Description

As a Workplace Enablement Analyst at Judo Bank, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional workplace technology experiences that enable employees to perform at their best.

Working closely with the Service Desk, Technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, you'll help drive technology adoption, improve employee experience, and deliver practical solutions that support Judo's continued growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver a consistent and positive technology experience working with Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk teams

- Drive initiatives that improve employee experience, productivity, and business outcomes

- Translate requirements into user-focused solutions with business and technology stakeholders

- Support project governance activities including planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

- Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability through technology initiatives and automation

- Analyse recurring service issues and coordinate remediation activities

- Maintain visibility across multiple deliverables, operational activities, and competing priorities

- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives across Workplace Technology services

- Create and maintain clear, accurate, and accessible documentation

- Ensure strong access management and security practices

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies

- Experience developing end-user documentation and self-service resources

- Endpoint management and device lifecycle processes experience

- Understanding of workplace technology environments

- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise AV solutions

- Knowledge of ITIL processes

- Foundational networking knowledge
