## Description

We are seeking a Product Delivery Officer to join our New Business / Policy Services team. As a Product Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for the smooth roll-out of new products, ensuring that they are defect-free and highly automated.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Work with the project workgroup to roll out new products, representing the New Business Admin/ Policy Services team in project meetings

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and submit business requirements, ensuring operational needs are met

- Work with the technology team on UAT test plans and UAT output review and sign off

- Monitor post-implementation progress to ensure smooth product roll-out

- Document business/handling rules of products launched in existing SOP/User guides

**Requirements:**

- Keen learner and able to work independently

- Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Meticulous, able to process requests with accuracy and meet service standards

- Problem-solving skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- Digital mindset, able to appreciate and apply digital tools to processes for efficiency

- Experience in product development/implementation processes, UAT testing, and digital submissions processes

- Knowledge of Life, ILP, and term insurance plans, as well as New Business/ Policy Services functions
