## Description

As a Hybrid Healthcare Representative, you will promote and create demand among identified specialists for ethical products in assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives

- Spearhead planning and implementation of CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, and product presentations

- Develop and maintain relationships with target specialists, speakers, and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)

- Develop and update the Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) to guide MD calls and program implementation

- Develop territory-based programs to improve understanding of assigned products

- Monitor sales, product movements, and competitor activities

- Prepare and submit operational/admin reports

- Adhere to company values and policies at all times

Qualifications Required:

- College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course

- At least 2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Healthcare Representative (PHR)

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Good interpersonal skills

- Valid Med Rep PRC

- Valid driver's license
