## Description

This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during periods of absence, and maintain customer relationships across large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

You will work closely with management to ensure that all customers receive excellent service in a safe, productive, and professional manner, adhering to Red Bull's executional standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Participate in a training program aimed at preparing you for the Account Sales Manager role

- Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed

- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to drive sales growth

- Understand and learn about Red Bull, its brands, and products

- Ensure proper brand flow and rotation to maintain fresh products

- Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans effectively

- Communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities

- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- Support the team with audits, merchandising, and display building

**Requirements:**

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years old

- Experience in customer service and sales is advantageous

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
