## Description

The OFCI Transportation & Warehousing Manager is a hands-on role responsible for smooth and timely logistics flow of OFCI materials, goods, and information within Nebius' supply chain and production process.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and track orders, shipments, and production schedules.

- Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Identify and resolve delays or supply chain issues.

- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.

- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory status.

- Expedite urgent orders and prioritize critical shipments.

- Communicate status updates to management and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery requirements.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related experience.

- Experience in expediting, procurement, or logistics (preferred).

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems.

Preferred qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of local legislation/standards regarding movement of goods/equipment in the U.S.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Analytical thinking.
