## Description

Datadog is seeking a FP&A Analyst GTM to support its go-to-market (GTM) departments, including customer success and Sales, as part of its Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing finance support to GTM teams, including Customer Success (CS) and Sales

- Supporting annual planning for headcount, T&E, and discretionary spending for GTM

- Meeting regularly with departments to understand budget vs. actual tracking and calibration

- Building and maintaining bookings forecasts and pipeline analyses for renewals and expansion

- Analyzing CS performance, including ARR, net and gross revenue retention, churn, expansion attainment, CSM productivity, and book-of-business coverage

- Partnering with the Strategy team to ensure alignment of metrics and reporting

- Contributing strategically on decisions around CS account coverage models, account segmentation, compensation planning, and other strategic decisions

- Working as part of the broader FP&A team to understand the company’s financials, analytics, and help the organization scale thoughtfully

Requirements:

- 2+ years of professional experience in FP&A / Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and/or other related field

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics

- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data

- Clear, concise communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

- Solid understanding of Pigment

- Experience in or understanding of a consumption-based software business model

- Proficiency in use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
