## Description

As a Joules Trainee Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in the Merchandising department at Joules' Head Office in Market Harborough.

You will support the Merchandising team in implementing the stock strategy, aligned with the Business/Trading teams' planning.

Key responsibilities include:

- Analysing previous sales history, reviewing size ratios, and identifying best and worst sellers.

- Gaining a commercial understanding of product ranges and assessing stores and competitors.

- Providing administrative support for trading meetings, continuity stock management, and supplier negotiations.

- Updating delivery schedules, systems, and trackers for Progress Meetings.

- Collaborating with the team to drive commercial evolution.
