## Description

We are seeking a cleared cartographic analyst to join our National Solutions Business Area team in St. Louis, MO. As a member of a government-contractor team, you will provide cartographic production and analysis in support of a dynamic national security customer.

The successful candidate will have a strong geospatial background and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate on projects. This position may be able to be supported partially as a telework position.

**Primary Responsibilities**

- Work within a government/contractor team environment providing Electronic Nautical Chart Conversion, Production and Review

- Support existing and developing mission areas

- Perform cartographic and GIS analyst functions, including:

- Digital Nautical Chart and or Electronic Nautical Chart Conversion production

- Extracting features from a variety of sources, including rasterized nautical charts, digital hydrographic survey data, and ortho-rectified imagery

- Updating source and source catalogs and information

- Data Conversion/migration

**Basic Qualifications**

- Minimum of a High School Degree

- Five years of relevant experience (military or full-time geospatial professional work)

- Or, High School and 4 years + GPC level I and II, or relevant Bachelor’s degree + 2 years’ experience

- Experience in geography, cartography, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), including skill in ArcGIS applications

- Experience in creating shapefiles, geo-databases, and features

- Knowledge of digital cartography, image processing, geographical information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, and NGA digital data formats

- Ability to analyze imagery and non-imagery source information for application to NGA hydrographic products and databases

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous Nautical Maritime experience

The pay range for this position is $59,150.00 - $106,925.00.
