## Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI engineer with a strong foundation in software development and a passion for applying Generative AI and agentic systems to real-world enterprise challenges.

As a Gen AI Staff Engineer, you will architect and develop GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI applications for enterprise functions. You will design and deploy AI-powered copilots and multi-step agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building ETL pipelines for document ingestion, parsing, and enrichment, enabling enterprise-scale knowledge integration

- Integrating and experimenting with LLMs and GenAI platforms (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, LLaMA) for optimal solution fit

- Implementing MCP-based context sharing and A2A integrations to enable seamless interoperability across enterprise applications

- Developing and maintaining robust APIs and microservices for secure and scalable integration

- Implementing CI/CD pipelines and productionization practices for reliable deployments

This role requires a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and production deployment. You should have experience with microservices, and modern architectural patterns. Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases is also required.
