## Description

We are seeking a caring, dedicated, and motivated Senior Health Care Assistant to join the Ward team at Woodland Hospital, Kettering.

The successful candidate will assist in delivering care to various specialties, including orthopaedics, urology, general surgery, bariatrics, and gynaecology.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with essential hygiene and nutrition needs of patients

- Offer support and comfort to patients

- Perform clinical observations, catheter care, and simple wound care

- Assist the Staff Nurse in the care of patients pre- and post-operatively

Requirements:

- NVQ in Healthcare or working towards

- Experience of caring for others

- Ability to receive and communicate information accurately
