## Description

We are seeking a Shift Lead/Assistant Store Manager to join the Store Operations (Grocery) team at Wolt Markets in South Suburbs.

As a Shift Lead, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting daily KPI achievement

- Managing daily store operations and acting as a responsible store lead in the absence of the Store Manager

- Assisting the team in resolving operational issues and addressing daily challenges

- Monitoring workload to ensure effective task and resource allocation

- Providing and collecting feedback to contribute to team development and engagement

- Actively participating in process improvement and implementing new initiatives

- Leading and supporting a team of approximately 20 people, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous development

Requirements:

- Experience in a grocery/retail environment and/or Wolt Market operations

- Previous experience as a Shift Lead, Team Lead, or similar role with team coordination responsibilities is a strong advantage

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

- Strong service orientation and focus on creating positive experiences for customers and colleagues

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Good command of English

- Availability for rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
