What you'll do

You'll plan and realize events that evoke emotions and bring history to life. Your focus areas are...

- Planning and execution of customer events with the help of various software (BP Event - Bankettprofi, Cascados, Photoshop)
- Creating offers, contracts, and invoices as well as creating floor plans for customers and authorities
- Visitation and consultation meetings with customers (creating conversation protocols, presenting event spaces, etc.)
- Coordinating service providers and internal interfaces
- Creative event design for events held by the Porsche Museum

What you need

You have...

- A place of study in business science or a comparable course of study with a focus on event management or project management (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master)
- Organizational talent, team and communication skills as well as independent and structured work
- Enthusiasm for events and the Porsche brand
- A safe handling of MS Office, ideally first experiences with event tools
- Very good German and English skills (min. B2)

You'll be part of our engaged team and support us in implementing unique event formats in the heart of the Porsche brand. You'll be responsible for planning and executing customer events, creating offers and contracts, and coordinating service providers and internal interfaces. You'll also be involved in creative event design for events held by the Porsche Museum.
