## Description

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Janitor to support the Flight School Training Support Services (FSTSS) program at the Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE) in Daleville, Alabama.

As a Janitor, you will be responsible for the daily cleaning of offices and common areas in Daleville and occasionally at Fort Rucker. Your duties will include:

- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing floors

- Removing trash and other refuse

- Dusting equipment, furniture, and fixtures

- Polishing metal fixtures and trim

- Restocking supplies and performing minor maintenance services

- Cleaning offices, lavatories, break rooms, and the lobby

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- High school diploma or equivalent work experience

- 1 year of relevant experience

- Basic cleaning skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently while following specific, detailed instructions

- Strong communication skills

- Close attention to detail

- Valid driver's license

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $15.55 - $21.03.
