## Description

The Channel Strategy and Insights Analyst will generate insightful analyses to support senior stakeholders in making informed decisions, driving business outcomes and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**

- Conduct analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Optimise the execution time of dashboards, regulatory, and non-regulatory reports.

- Take ownership of problems and decisions to implement solutions and deliver results.

- Organise and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives.

- Share information with stakeholders in various formats, such as charts, tables, or templates.

- Recommend deep dive priorities based on KPI analyses, including forecasts, sales analyses, customer trends, expenditure reports, scenario models, statistical analyses, and organisational metrics.

**Leadership & Teamwork**

- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and open environment.

- Drive teamwork and collaboration.

- Maintain a proactive attitude to deliver projects.

**Functional Knowledge**

- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Administration, Finance, Actuary, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion.

- Ability to quickly understand customer and operational considerations, such as risk.

- High levels of resilience and self-motivation.

- Adaptive mindset to approach challenges differently.

**Others**

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and SAS.

- Advanced English language skills.
