## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist - Floater to join our team. As a Physical Therapist - Floater, you will work in various settings, including outpatient rehab, to provide high-quality patient care. You will assess patients' physical abilities, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve their function and mobility.

Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Implement interventions, such as exercises, modalities, and manual therapies, to improve patients' function and mobility Conduct patient education and training on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and disease management Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
