## Description

We are seeking an exceptional Associate with experience in HK IPO work to join our Greater China Corporate team.

The successful candidate will have:

- At least four years' experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer with US side experience

- An excellent academic record, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail

- Previous experience in initial public offerings, listings, and public company M&A

- Ability to deliver excellent client service, including excellent administrative skills, ability to communicate well in oral and written form, driven to deliver work promptly, sets themselves challenging goals, and resilient in achieving them

- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
