## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in our Food section, working in a fast-paced retail environment during the holiday season.

You'll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service, recommending M&S Food products, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment

Working hours vary, but may include:

- Week 1: Sunday 18:00-22:00, Tuesday 19:00-23:00, Wednesday 19:00-23:00, Thursday 19:00-23:00

- Week 2: Monday 19:00-23:00, Saturday 19:00-23:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

A +£3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

This role is for individuals aged 18 and above due to health and safety legislation.
