## Description

As a Café Ambassador at Capital One's Hollywood location, you will be the face of the company's mission to change banking for good. You will act as a high-end service specialist and a guide to digital banking, building a community and bringing Capital One's mission to life within a vibrant, modern community hub.

**Responsibilities:**

- Be a Natural Connector: Proactively engage with guests in a high-energy environment that serves as both a community space and a local coffee shop.

- Serve as a Brand Advocate: Share the value of Capital One's products and services through genuine conversation rather than transactions.

- Simplify the Complex: Guide customers through our digital ecosystem, helping them master mobile tools and troubleshooting tech challenges with ease.

- Facilitate Purposeful Impact: Host and support local events that promote financial health.

- Advocate & Problem-Solve: Advocate for our customers, problem solve, and own issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Act as a Culture Carrier: Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where every guest feels welcome.

- Stay Agile & Engaged: Move throughout the Cafe to connect with the community and support the flow of the guest experience.

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience

## Skills

### Nice to have
- Associate’s degree
- 2+ years of banking experience
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
