## Description

As a Senior Game Product Manager - College Football at Electronic Arts, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and rewarding live service experience for players.

You will collaborate with the College Football Live Team to develop a comprehensive and data-driven strategy to drive revenue, engagement, and customer satisfaction through the in-game store.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing promotional campaigns and in-game events to drive player participation and boost in-game store sales

- Analyzing the effectiveness of these initiatives and adjusting strategies accordingly

- Translating strategic directives into objectives and key results, and monitoring progress through defined KPIs

- Evaluating new business opportunities that provide value to players and align with company goals

- Partnering with analytics to establish an experimentation roadmap, applying A/B testing and machine learning to achieve goals and produce product and player insights

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in the gaming industry, preferably with a focus on in-game stores, microtransactions, or virtual economies

- Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and A/B testing to inform product decisions and drive optimizations

- Demonstrated ability to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to develop effective in-game store strategies and monetization models

- Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
