## Description

This is a 2027 campus recruitment position. As a Market Research Assistant, you will develop basic market research skills and competencies through on-the-job learning and classroom training.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the project team in the overall execution of market research projects to ensure timely delivery and assisting in proposal preparation

- Assisting in drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation

- Participating in qualitative studies such as content analysis, summary of IDIs, and assisting in qualitative report preparation

- Participating in quantitative studies such as table specifications, code frames, and report charting

- Providing support in overall project management with support from the project leader, including FW monitoring and quality control

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Biology, Sociology, Statistics, or related fields

- Excellent oral and written English skills; computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with doctors effectively

- Strong analytical ability to write various forms of market research reports

- Ability to work willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
