As a Beauty Sales Coordinator at CVS/pharmacy, you will be responsible for driving the Beauty & Personal Care business in your assigned stores. You will lead the elevation of service by empowering Beauty Sales Consultants to become beauty experts and increase multi-brand and category selling.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act as the primary advocate for driving the entire Beauty & Personal Care business in each of your assigned stores

- Lead the elevation of service by empowering all Beauty Sales Consultants to become beauty experts and increase Beauty & Personal Care multi-brand and category selling

- Work closely with Store Management and Senior Advisors of Beauty to set coaching priorities for the Beauty Sales Consultants teams to maximize sales in B&PC

- Create and monitor individual sales plans for each Beauty Sales Consultant to achieve monthly BE&S budget goals

- Understand critical business drivers and use business acumen to identify the needs of the local customer and utilize this knowledge to drive sales in the store

- Adhere to regular, consistent store visit cadence and work directly with store teams

- Create comprehensive event execution plans that focus on driving featured product sales and promptly communicate event recaps

**Staff Development & Education:**

- Own the execution of brand/product education for all Beauty Sales Consultants and seek out opportunities to expose the team to any additional learnings that will help drive sales

- Ensure all Beauty Sales Consultants complete required Beauty Experience & Service required training courses and ensure attendance in all field training sessions

- Cultivate an environment of continuous learning for all Beauty Sales Consultants

- Own all events and education dissemination for Beauty Sales Consultants - which they leverage to increase traffic & drive sales for total CVS beauty

**Execution Support:**

- Support Store Leadership in recruiting & hiring Beauty Sales Consultants for their assigned stores

- Review and analyze business performance & sales results to inspire teamwork to achieve sales goals

- Communicate business & operational opportunities to store & district partners through consistent, thorough recaps

- Instill the initiative to use all Retail technology provided, focusing on sales, education, and customer engagement

- Reinforce & support CVS Beauty business and marketing objectives with Beauty Sales Consultants and store teams

- Ensure that all CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and product demo tool cleansing policies are executed in a timely and compliant manner

- Coordinate & execute all corporate beauty events- GWP’s, Beauty Box events, and vendor-specific events

**Requirements:**

- 1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory position in a service-driven environment

- 1-2 years of Beauty & Personal Care selling experience

- Strong passion for beauty

- Ability to educate, coach, and develop a team

- Ability to read, write, and interpret general business information

- Ability to effectively communicate with and present information to customers, vendors, buyers, peers, and all levels of management

- Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

- Ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios

- Must be able to make change in American monetary units

- Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to organize, review and evaluate data
