## Description

We are seeking an Executive Team Leader to join our team at Target. This is an entry-level position that starts in Summer 2027, with a pay range of $64,000.00 - $128,000.00.

As an Executive Team Leader, you will create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals. Your responsibilities will include:

- Anticipating staffing needs and talent planning

- Managing leaders to follow up on training completion and providing continuous education opportunities

- Engaging in development conversations with team leaders

- Personalizing recognition and appreciation to reinforce critical guest service behaviors

- Establishing a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management

- Understanding business reporting and guest insights to troubleshoot and follow up on opportunity areas

- Responding to negative guest shopping experiences and ensuring your team understands and feels supported to make things right

- Creating a scheduling plan in partnership with your team leaders

- Planning, managing, and following up on organizational and operational change

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A 4-year degree or equivalent experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong business acumen

- Ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable

- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently and with a team
