## Description

We are seeking a recent graduate with a passion for technology and innovation to join our Technology Graduate Programme. As a Technology Graduate, you will be part of a collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience across a range of technologies, projects, and business areas.

You will work with experienced Technology professionals who will support your development and help you build the skills needed for a successful career in Tech. You will also have the opportunity to work across various areas of our business, including instore, online, trading, supply, and logistics.

As a Technology Graduate, you will:

- Support the delivery of technology projects and initiatives

- Work with colleagues across Technology and the wider business

- Analyse technical and business challenges and help identify effective solutions

- Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and ways of working

- Support the design, testing, and implementation of technology solutions

- Contribute ideas and bring fresh perspectives to the team

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Asda

- Support agile project teams to deliver business outcomes

- Use data and insight to support decision-making and continuous improvement

- Take ownership of your personal and professional development

To be considered for this role, you should:

- Be a recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related discipline
