## Description

As a SMRT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the readiness of suppliers for Ford's manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with new suppliers, assess their capabilities, and develop plans to address any gaps. You will also work closely with existing suppliers to improve their delivery performance and address any issues that may impact production.

Your duties will include:

- Pre-PA Supplier Engagement: Engage with new suppliers immediately after sourcing agreement and onsite visit to coach the requirements for MMOG and assess the gap between current vs expected status.

- Launch Readiness Review (LRR): Kick-off LRR 6~8 months prior to start of TT event and supplier readiness in-line with LQOS metrics timelines and LRR checklist in SuperG.

- Supplier Performance: Work with delinquent and existing suppliers to improve supplier delivery performance, including improving <1 6MWA to 81+ 6MWA and >81<0 6MWA to 90+ 6MWA.

- Localization/RWM/eSRA: Trigger Resourcing Audit Assessment via SuperG upon receiving RWM from the Purchase & follow Resourcing Process.

- Cost: Identify potential cost savings projects through VSM optimization, freight efficiency, and process efficiency.

- Experience in large data handling/management
