## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to lead its expansion into the NORDICS Region. The ideal candidate will be a builder who is comfortable with the "zero-to-one" phase of regional growth.

Responsibilities:

- Regional Growth Engine: Ensure NORDICS B2B grows through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.

- Outbound Strategy: Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences.

- Local Events: End-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars.

- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and produce executive-level reporting.

- Localization & Messaging: Adapt ElevenLabs' global voice to resonate with Nordic business cultures.

Requirements:

- Fluency in one of the four Nordic languages.

- Fluent English speaker.

- Ownership Pedigree: Experience implementing marketing projects from start to finish and holding oneself accountable for ROI.

- Entrepreneurial Background: Strong drive and history of high engagement in entrepreneurial endeavors.

- Thrives in Chaos: Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

- The "Jack of All Trades": Broad knowledge in growth marketing.

- DRI Mentality: Ability to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual for all marketing operations.
