## Description

We are looking for a Tele-Sales executive to manage restaurant and merchant accounts, oversee day-to-day account operations, and build strong partner relationships.

Responsibilities include:

- Handling restaurant content management, table reservations, merchant payouts, and resolving operational issues across assigned accounts.

- Collaborating with Key Account Managers (KAMs) on merchant management, escalations, partner requirements, and business-related requests.

- Acting as a liaison between restaurant partners and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.

- Identifying and addressing operational concerns, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring smooth execution of account-related processes.

- Supporting partner success through proactive stakeholder coordination, issue management, and operational support.

- Maintaining accurate account information and ensuring partner requirements are met within defined processes.
