## Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Transaction Manager to lead end-to-end transaction execution across our corporate real estate footprint. The successful candidate will focus on all types of portfolio transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, extensions, rightsizing, and in-building expansions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the execution of global portfolio transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, extensions, rightsizing, and in-building expansions.

- Direct day-to-day broker activity and lead weekly transaction pipeline calls to enforce deal milestones, SLA compliance, commission structures, and negotiation parameters.

- Structure, evaluate, and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and sublease documents in alignment with corporate standards.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable real estate strategies.

- Monitor portfolio critical dates in coordination with Lease Administration to initiate deal strategies 12–24 months in advance.

- Evaluate market surveys, test fits, landlord proposals, and financial analyses.

- Investigate root causes of deal bottlenecks or landlord impasses, presenting clear trade-offs and creative options to achieve business goals.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

- Adapt communication styles to audience needs, leading complex discussions and translating operational requirements clearly.

- Engage senior leaders directly, gathering first-hand feedback to address pain points and prioritize customer experience in decision-making.

- Manage-up effectively, stepping in early to shape project parameters, and lead personal/team efforts toward success.

- Combine deep operational knowledge with technical expertise to distill data and strengthen overall team output.

- Balance partner requirements, multi-faceted operational impacts, and practical experience to make informed rollout decisions.

- Champion core company values actively, promoting corporate culture and holding teams accountable.

- Drive efficient, data-informed solutions across complex departmental boundaries using structured project management.

- Execute business-critical outcomes effectively by aligning cross-functional partners, balancing competing demands, and keeping executive stakeholders proactively informed.

- Build strong team camaraderie and collaborate seamlessly across departments to execute major launches and initiatives.

- Make sound, data-driven decisions in the course of day-to-day deal negotiations independently while balancing strategic trade-offs.

- Be adept at negotiating lease terms, reviewing LOIs, and managing brokerage partners.

- Demonstrate strong judgment by analyzing market data, lease accounting impacts, and operational risks to deliver optimal deal outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

- Demonstrated track record of negotiating complex lease terms, options, and landlord concessions.

- Proven ability to socialize project updates proactively, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional alignment across business units.
