## Description

We're looking for a skilled Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to help embed the standards and capability that keep our expanding operations safe, compliant, and sustainable.

As a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist, you will own and implement the site EHS plan, turning policy and legislation into clear priorities and controls. You will bring the global EHS strategy to life in everyday work on site, making sure teams are well supported and equipped with the toolkit to advance site EHS performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Owning and implementing the site EHS plan

- Leading by example with site teams and contractors

- Supporting the site assurance programme

- Supporting local teams in incidents and near-misses

- Applying and upholding the standard for construction, commissioning, operations, decommissioning, and other high-risk activity

- Reviewing site EHS data and performance metrics

- Supporting the environmental and sustainability agenda on your site

- Representing Nebius locally with regulators, contractors, and partners

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- NEBOSH Diploma / Certificate level, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field, plus 3+ years' Environmental, Health & Safety experience

- Strong working knowledge of country legislation

- A genuine subject-matter expert on the ground

- Proven experience leading incident response and investigations

- A track record of building trust and credibility with stakeholders at every level

- A genuine coaching and mentoring mindset

- Strong organisational and prioritisation judgement

- Excellent communication skills
