## Description

As a Heart Failure Cardiologist at Utah Valley Hospital, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role involves working closely with approximately 40 cardiology physicians and APPs, along with other specialists, to provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Being part of a program build for Heart Failure at Utah Valley Hospital, which will house ECMO and VAD patients

- Working a 5-day schedule per week

- Having the support of 2 APPs

- Sharing call with another group until the Heart Failure program grows

The compensation package includes:

- Base salary of $718,000

- CME up to $4,500 annually

- A $30,000 starting bonus

- Up to a $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable)

Benefits also include paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance coverage, and an annual CME allowance.

Requirements for the role include:

- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Heart Failure

- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

- U.S. ACGME Residency

- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
