## Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex Data Centre projects across the Middle East. As a Project Manager at WSP, you will operate within a multidisciplinary design consultancy environment, leading integrated design teams across architecture, building engineering, specialist disciplines, infrastructure, utilities, and master planning.

The successful candidate will manage projects through all phases of delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client requirements, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the delivery of Data Centre projects from initiation through to completion

- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining effective working relationships and regular communication

- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans

- Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and integrated project delivery

- Monitoring project progress and performance against agreed objectives and deliverables

- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues

- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, health and safety requirements, and client expectations

- Supporting coordination with stakeholders, authorities, contractors, consultants, and other third parties

- Supporting design assurance and technical governance processes

- Assisting in securing necessary approvals, permits, and stakeholder agreements where required

- Reviewing project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements

- Preparing project reports and providing accurate updates to clients and internal stakeholders

- Supporting commercial management activities, including cost control, change management, and contract administration

- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of project management best practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline

- At least 7 years of project management experience within a design practice

- Experience of managing Data Centre projects through multiple phases of delivery

- Strong client-facing experience, preferably within a consultancy, engineering, or project delivery environment

- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and multiple stakeholders

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong understanding of project management principles, governance, and reporting processes

- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality requirements

- A proven track record of delivering projects successfully and meeting client expectations

- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent would be advantageous.
