## Description

As an Assistant Store Manager at Coolblue, you will lead a motivated team to ensure customers have a great experience and find the right products. You will support colleagues in the store, handle customer issues and escalations, and drive team performance.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and mentor team members on the sales floor and one-on-one.

- Be the point of contact for team members with problems and complex customer questions.

- Inspire your team to achieve goals, including high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

- Collaborate with your team to continually improve the Coolblue store experience.

Requirements:

- Leadership experience in a customer environment

- Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and translating data into insights and action points

- Fluency in French and Dutch

- Availability to work during store hours, including weekends and evenings

- Strong affinity with consumer electronics

- Ability to coach and motivate colleagues

- Experience with HR tasks, such as conducting interviews, attendance management, and performance reviews is a plus
