## Description

As an Academic Promotion Specialist, you will be part of our professional promotion team, experts in their product line and related disease treatment areas. You will use your expertise to answer customers' questions and help resolve their academic concerns.

Your responsibilities include:

- Building good relationships with customers and maintaining the company's image

- Working closely with internal colleagues and external customers to achieve company goals in a compliant and legal manner

- Collaborating with regional management to establish and maintain regional targets

- Using effective communication skills, including planning, presentation, and Q&A

- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in relevant fields and products

- Organizing academic conferences and activities in accordance with compliance policies

- Analyzing market data to adjust promotion strategies

- Arranging time for necessary learning and professional certification

- Developing academic promotion materials

- Maintaining expertise in treatment areas and related products

- Completing tasks assigned by superiors and providing feedback on market dynamics

Requirements:

- Associate's degree or higher

- At least one year of experience in medical information promotion

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments

- Proficient in data processing, software operation, and application use

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
