## Description

We are seeking an Operations Recruiter to join our team at Coolblue. As an Operations Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding the best talent for our delivery teams and inspiring them with your enthusiasm for Coolblue.

You will manage the entire recruitment process from intake to hiring, including agreeing on the optimal recruitment strategy for open positions with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Organising and conducting digital interviews, as well as interviews and selection days on site

- Improving current processes to achieve better and more effective results, while making candidates even more satisfied

- Monitoring recruitment process metrics and identifying trends early on

- Collaborating with international teams, with regular contact with colleagues in Düsseldorf and the Netherlands

Requirements:

- Completed vocational training or university degree

- Previous experience in recruitment is an advantage

- Fluent German and proficient English

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and potential candidates

- Enjoyment of international atmosphere and willingness to travel to Rotterdam approximately once a month
