## Description

Analytic Partners is seeking a Director of Marketing Science Analytics & Commercial Intelligence to lead and cultivate customer engagements, build and manage a team of consultants and analysts, and deliver solutions to major advertisers.

The Director role involves strategic management of a portfolio of accounts, providing thought leadership, understanding customer business objectives, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for analytic engagements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing a team of consultants and analysts

- Developing and delivering insightful presentations that demonstrate tangible value and customer impact

- Providing expert consultative advice to customers with confidence and clarity

- Managing towards revenue and profitability goals

- Collaborating with CET partners and Finance to keep financial systems up to date

- Training and coaching new and existing team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing

- 10+ years of experience in marketing mix modeling, digital media analysis, business-focused analytics, or advertising effectiveness analysis

- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize schedules

- Strong customer management skills to handle tricky situations diplomatically and manage customer expectations
