## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Temple Fortune store, located at 820-832 Finchley Road, London, NW11 6XL. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer, providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Wednesday: 05:30 - 09:30

- Thursday: 05:30 - 09:30

- Friday: 05:30 - 09:30

- Saturday: 05:30 - 09:30

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Provide five-star service to customers at pace

- Recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment
