## Description

We are seeking an accomplished technical leader with a solid foundation in PHY design and communications protocols. You will lead PHY protocol assessment work, translate standard requirements into PHY block level specifications and verification methodologies.

- Collaborating closely with design teams to conduct rapid studies, evaluate solutions, and assess tradeoffs for design issues.

## What you need

- Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in SerDes design, communications protocols, or related technical roles.
