## About the Team

The Search & Referrals team owns Tide's marketing website and leads the expansion of our referral programme. We are responsible for designing growth loops, scaling user acquisition initiatives, and building product experiences that contribute to Tide's growth.

## About the Role

As a Staff Mobile Engineer at Tide you will be working on designing, creating and running the rich product catalogue in one of our Business areas, working across multiple teams. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a real difference by taking ownership of engineering practices in a rapidly expanding company!

You will:

- Work on defining vision and strategies on how we build products for our Business Areas.

- Act as a supportive and enthusiastic technical lead, advocating for best practices on how we deliver the best software for our members based on data.

- Join one of our expanding multi-disciplinary agile teams, working with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, engineers, and other business members.

- Participate in our Flutter Community of Practices, contributing to improving processes and maintaining high quality across the team.

## What We Are Looking For

- Several years of experience as a Software Engineer working with Flutter, native mobile (iOS or Android), or React Native.

- Experience with popular Flutter libraries, tools and its lifecycle.

- Passion for building great products in small, autonomous, agile teams.

- Experience with automation tests and writing testable code.

- Experience building sleek, high-performance user interfaces and complex Mobile apps.

- Experience technically leading Mobile engineers within cross-platform teams.
