## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Site Manager to oversee the management of clinical research sites according to study protocols, contracts, SOPs, and GCP requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits

- Manage multiple studies, sites, and therapeutic areas simultaneously

- Provide study and protocol-related training to sites and maintain regular communication to manage study-related issues

- Assess site performance quality and completeness, identifying any quality issues and reporting them to the Project Manager or Line Manager

- Monitor site progress through tracking milestones, CRF completion, and data query resolution

- Maintain site management and monitoring visit records, including visit reports and other study documents

- Oversee study financial management at sites

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager or Project Manager
