## Description

Nebius Token Factory is looking for a strategic and technical Product Marketing leader to define how the next generation of AI inference infrastructure is positioned and brought to market.

You’ll shape messaging, launches, and go-to-market strategy for cutting-edge AI capabilities across enterprise audiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to turn complex infrastructure and model innovation into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption, enable customers, and differentiate Nebius in a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

- Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Token Factory across enterprise and AI-native customers

- Develop narratives around key inference use cases including agentic AI, multimodal AI, reasoning models, and fine-tuning

- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for launches, platform capabilities, model releases, and ecosystem partnerships

- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities through customer, market, and competitive insights

- Lead sales enablement including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and case studies

Requirements:

- 7–10+ years of product marketing experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise software

- Experience bringing highly technical products to market for both developer and enterprise audiences

- Understand modern AI infrastructure, inference, open-source models, or cloud/GPU ecosystems

- Strong track record of product launches, GTM execution, and technical storytelling

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for technical and business audiences

- Experience supporting enterprise sales with strong enablement and competitive positioning

- Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills
