## Description

As a Senior Manager in the Silicon Co-Design Group (SCG) at NVIDIA, you will lead Product Co-Design and Verification in areas of Speed, Reliability, and Power Compliance. Your responsibilities will include driving speed/timing/reliability system design, simulation-to-silicon power/speed verification, features for product compliance, and test chip development.

You will oversee a team of engineers and work closely with chip design teams to ensure that products meet the high quality standards demanded by NVIDIA and its customers. You will also be responsible for defining closed-loop methodologies and KPIs, left-shifting features/methodologies to intercept design, and following through with chip design teams by leading verification activities for Speed, Rel, and Power.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to mentor engineers to deliver outstanding results, setting benchmarks for excellence and innovation. You will analyze complex features to assess their impact across multiple functional areas and drive proposals to achieve design SOL. You will also collaborate extensively to implement and navigate complexity.

As a leader in the SCG team, you will be responsible for championing an environment of empowerment, innovation, and resilience, mentoring team members to accept challenges and achieve remarkable outcomes. You will also partner across NVIDIA and ensure cohesiveness across diverse market sectors.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of leading technical teams and driving results. You will also need to have excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience working with design tools such as Spice, timing analysis, and power analysis tools is also required.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required, as well as 12+ years of experience in semiconductor design with 5+ years in leadership roles. A PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred, as is experience with advanced process nodes (7nm and below) and background in GPU, CPU, or high-performance computing design.

If you are passionate about joining a best-in-class team supporting the latest in GPU and AI technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
