## Description

## Responsibilities

Executes exciting project opportunities with Fortune 500 companies across sectors within the broader Industrial Goods market. Owns and drives individual work streams during client engagements, performing value stream analysis, identifying and quantifying improvement opportunities, defining target state operations, creating and executing implementation plans, upskilling client team members.

Supports work scope across core value chain of product businesses, from design to delivery. Analyzes current situation and develops clear understanding and critical perspective of underlying root causes. Evaluates current situation and improvement opportunities from an operational and financial value perspective.

Facilitates workshops with client stakeholders across levels and functions. Independently develops and implements project concepts and final deliverables. Supports the management and responsible parties of the project.

Serves as liaison to client management team and project team. Supports business development by creating and presenting exceptional project proposals with direct support of leadership team.

Provides ongoing project feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members.

## Anforderungen

### Required Qualifications

- Bachelors' degree from renowned institutions of higher education, and demonstrated high academic track record

- 7 years of totally relevant professional experience; or minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in conjunction with a graduate degree

- Experience working with Industrial Goods companies in one or more market sectors

### Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or graduate degree from renowned institutions of higher education

- Second language fluency in German, Spanish, or French a plus

- Hands-on production, logistics, supply chain management, planning or product development experience
