## Description

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the team of staff in the Pre Assessment department at Cavell Hospital. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

The role involves delivering direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols. You will assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly. Other key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring vital signs, recognising changes in condition, and escalating appropriately using clinical judgement

- Administering medications safely and effectively in accordance with hospital policies and the NMC Code

- Maintaining accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, care plans, and observations

- Ensuring that all care provided complies with NMC standards, clinical governance requirements, and hospital policies

- Identifying and reporting incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks in line with hospital procedures

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)

- Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting

- Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Previous experience in a relevant specialty desirable (e.g., surgical, medical, outpatient, orthopaedics, critical care)

Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £22.00 per hour, depending on level of experience, training, and qualification.
