## Description

The Senior Agent Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for distribution partners, handling complex enquiries and providing timely solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to and resolve distribution channel enquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

- Provide guidance and support to agents on policy details, claims, and procedural matters.

- Collaborate with the new business team to gather required information for underwriting assessments.

- Assist underwriting staff in evaluating applications post-training, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chubb Life products, regulations, and market trends.

- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance service efficiency.

- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports on enquiry handling metrics.

- Facilitate training sessions for junior staff and distribution partners as needed.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer concerns.

- Ensure all communications adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- University graduate preferred or matriculated candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in life insurance industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance agent services or customer service support.

- Strong understanding of life insurance products and underwriting processes.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

- Proven ability to manage complex enquiries and deliver solutions promptly.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
