## Description

We are seeking a Private Banking Executive to play a key role in acquiring, servicing, and retaining Private Banking clients, helping to deliver the overall objectives of the business.

You will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing high-quality support across day-to-day banking requirements while partnering closely with the Private Banker to deepen client relationships and identify opportunities across the broader product offering.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Establishing strong client and internal relationships to ensure high-quality service is provided at all times

- Taking ownership of client servicing and operational activity, including onboarding, lending, FX, account maintenance, and security requirements

- Working closely with Private Bankers, clients, and their authorised representatives, internal support and advisory teams, and Senior Management

- Ensuring legal and regulatory standards and internal policies and procedures are adhered to

As a Private Banking Executive, you will be expected to:

- Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function

- Demonstrate a clear set of leadership behaviours to create an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver to a consistently excellent standard

The ideal candidate will have:

- APA or QFA qualification

- Strong client-facing experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a comparable financial services environment

- Strong knowledge of Private Banking products and services, including lending, FX, investments, and associated security requirements

- Demonstrable experience of client onboarding, Client Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, and ongoing client servicing

- Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks, regulatory requirements, and Private Banking procedures

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of €62,500 to €72,500 per annum, plus a suite of competitive country-specific benefits and eligibility for an incentive award.
