## Description

We are looking for trainee lawyers to support our tax law department at our Düsseldorf office.

As a trainee lawyer in our tax law department, you will work on efficient corporate, financing, and investment structures, and assist with complex company transactions in national and international environments. You will also support clients during audits, tax litigation, international mutual agreement and arbitration proceedings, and other tasks.

Key areas of focus:

- International and European tax law

- Corporate tax law/restructuring

- Transaction-related tax law

- Investment tax law and asset management

- Tax advice on financing structures and products

- Value-added tax law

- Support in transfer pricing issues

- Tax-induced crisis management and tax compliance
