## Description

We are seeking a Business Transformation Lead, PPG to join our team. This role involves planning, developing, and promoting new businesses using IQVIA's real-world data (RWD) and a wide range of capabilities. You will work with various stakeholders, including insurers, hospitals, government agencies, and life sciences companies to solve unprecedented challenges and create new value.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, development, and promotion of high-priority new businesses

- Develop proposals for solving challenges by connecting insurers, hospitals, government agencies, and life sciences companies

- Manage and promote various projects

- Manage project progress and budget

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

- Present to senior management in Japan and abroad

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in consulting firms

- Ability to create proposal documents and deliverables

- Strong communication skills to involve a wide range of stakeholders

- Proactive attitude to take on new challenges

- High curiosity and inquisitiveness about social and medical industry issues

- Native-level Japanese language skills and customer service skills

- Business-level English skills

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in managing large-scale projects (including IT)

- Experience in project management and facilitation in English

- Experience working in pharmaceutical companies, government agencies, medical institutions, etc.

- Data science-related skills

- Knowledge of clinical trials, clinical research, and medical big data
