## Description

Ninja Van, a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Senior Relationship Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, retaining volume and revenue, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and growing an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts

- Monitoring account performance, shipment volume, SLAs, KPIs, and revenue

- Leading client business reviews and serving as a key point of contact

- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve client concerns and claims

- Supporting the Relationship Manager through account reporting and onboarding activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, or Client Coordination

- Experience managing corporate, enterprise, or mid-to-large accounts is preferred

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities

- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and reports

- Willing to attend client meetings/visits and work extended hours when necessary

- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
