## Description

We are looking for an advanced analyst to join our India Analytics team. As a senior analyst, you will work closely with the Guest & Host Analytics team supporting the Global Enterprise Operations function. You will be responsible for building analytical solutions and providing insights, recommendations, and enabling data-driven decisions to product teams and business leaders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and solving complex business problems across the host and supply ecosystem by leveraging data, experimentation, and AI/ML techniques

- Working with Sales and Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to develop robust insights, create data narratives, and leverage Airbnb's rich data to define metrics

- Building advanced analytical capabilities and tools, passionate about solving complex problems with data; adding a new perspective to existing solutions and making business decisions based on careful and thoughtful analysis

- Leveraging Airbnb's state-of-the-art machine learning infrastructure, and other central data science tools to build and collaborate with a strong team of engineers, product managers, designers, and operation agents to achieve shared, cross-functional goals
